Maria Rivlin. Co-founder, One of Us immigrated from Kharkiv, Ukraine.

I am Maria Rivlin, co-founder of “One Of Us”.

When I was ten years old, I immigrated to America from Kharkiv, Ukraine, the second-largest city in Ukraine. Many years ago, I was a refugee, and now I watch in shock the tragic war in my home country.

As we continue to hear about the devastation happening to my home country and its beautiful people, our hearts ache for the innocent people of Ukraine, as they are subject to indiscriminate bombing and shelling daily.

One of Us” wants to do our part to help the innocent men, women, and children suffering in Ukraine now, those who are unable to escape the war. In addition to helping the civilians, we must also provide support to the Ukrainian army, whose mission is to protect its land and people from the giant aggressor, Russia.

Please help innocent people of Ukraine,
who are unable to escape the war.

To help those suffering in Ukraine

  • Local Humanitarian Aid

Volunteers from all over the U.S. are donating their time and money in various ways to help. These photos and videos show the donations we contributed to that were organized and shipped from Chicago. The plane delivered them to Poland on March 4th, and a logistics company then assimilated the supplies from Poland to various cities in Ukraine.

  • Ukrainian Soldiers

Save Life Ukraine: an established non-profit organization that is supporting Ukrainian soldiers, so they have basic supplies to continue to defend their country. Help provide support to the Ukrainian army, whose mission is to protect its land and people from the giant aggressor, Russia.

The organization’s financial statements are published on their home page dating back to 2014 and it has been vetted by various individuals in Ukraine through personal connections.

Local Humanitarian Aid

Local aid has been assembled in order to collect, coordinate and distribute essential supplies directly into Ukraine.

The next plane departs Tampa the week of March 14th,
help us fill it.
